有誰沒有綠卡，並且公司不sponsor綠卡的？

I just wonder who with a pending I485 dares to work for a company that doesn't sponsor green card. How much risk? I got an offer from a company in a big city, really want to go, but my I485 pending and they don't sponsor GC. So I have to use my EAD to work, worrying about the coming risk! Please share with me your experience ba.
