Yes. My I140 got approved. The new employer will not do H1B transfer. So I can't extend my H1B. They said they will not sponsor greencard. Tomorrow, I need to ask them what does it mean 'sponsor'. What if I got RFE? They are not willing to sign? If I got RFE, should I ask a lawyer to write it for me? Or just take the current offer letter?
