那我沒什麽證據，可能性太小了。如果I-360被拒，我能在J-1 的身份到期前回國可以嗎？或者已經辦理完豁免，轉其他身份可以嗎？謝謝。 如果我進入遞解程序，無論是否最終別遞解，將來會影響我的大兒子的簽證嗎？（有人告訴我，隻要我兒子換個名字簽證就可以，可是指紋怎麽辦啊，但我問我兒子，他說當時好象說他是小孩，不用按指紋，他10歲，可是他記不太清了。）我很擔心如果被遞解，我是否永遠不可能再回來？那我生下來的小孩怎麽辦？如果不被遞解，象你說的那樣“困”在美國等小孩21歲，那我二十多年都見不到我的大兒子啦？
