Unfaithful truth is not helpful to you in divorce court here. It is evidence to prove that your marriage is over and let judge to go ahead to prove your divorce.

If you want to divorce, bring the evidents with you.

If you do not want to divorce, the evidence is just against you.

No any punishment for such unfaith.

Do you know that many Americans tell judge that they had found another one and moved to live with new one. That is solid proof that their marriage was over then.
