If you have it and then divorce, you two will have long fight which he does not want to have. So as I said, the best interest for him could be send you back China as revenge.

If he really does not want to have the child and YOU really wants to have the child without him,and if you really want to stay in USA and think that is your best interest, you find what is his best interest and compromise yours. If he is worried about financial interest related to the unborn child, you can talk and sign a paper with him that:

1. he will not take any final responsibility in future.
2. If he want to visit the child, he can pay some amount of support which both you agree.

You need to know that American laws encourage negotiation, even for many felonies.

As the divorce cases in my state,the law has guide lines to calculate child support (online). But the court accept any negotiated amount of child support, even none. So some couples negotiate Zero (0) child support to avoid long and costly court fighting by signing an agreement and get a judge signed.
