485 WOM dismiss. 請小白兔和各位大俠相助！！！

4／2005 I140,485同時申請，6／2005 I140 EB1批準。之後I485了無音訊, NC pending
兩年有餘，8／2006排期已到。多次給議員和USCIS聯係，答複相同。4／2007遞交485
WOM case，告USCIS和FBI拖延辦理NC。今天給US District Attorney打電話，說已和FBI
聯係，但無結果，因為他手上的類似案子有等了3，4年以上，他要提交我的案子到法庭，建議法官dismiss。

請問現在我除了withdraw my case, 還有沒有別的辦法。我現在沒有律師，請建議一位
好的律師。另外，dismiss 對今後我的485有無影響。謝謝
