The AUSA represents defendants, not you, how can you listen to what he suggests? From your post it seems you have very little preparation when filing the lawsuit so I suggest you do your homework now and come up with a opposition to MTD within the deadline (normally 20 days from when you received that). Maybe work with BIOINFO who is doing the same thing and much more prepared than you.
A final word -- sadly, it is person like yourself who filed lawsuits without much preparation and lost to AUSA easily but set bad precedences as their ammunition, which hurts people who file litigations later.
You should do anything but NOT withdrawing your case!
