mission08, thanks for the suggestions and encouragement. I have enough information to start, will represent myself on the court unless the AUSA insists a lawyer. To have more time to study the topic and prepare for the hearing, I just contacted the AUSA asking for a 30-day motion of extension and he granted, my first court hearing will be 6 weeks from today.
