Hi, Bioinfo, thanks for responding to my post. I talked to for the AUSA assigned to my case. He said after about 60 days, my name check is still not cleared by FBI. Since he has some cases waiting for nc 3 or 4 years and he will file MOD against my complaint, which is pending for nc over 2 years. I told him I need to time to respond, requested a 30-day motion for time extension for the defendants to answer the complaint. He granted. The process is still not clear to me. Expecting the AUSA will file MOD against me eventually, should I prepare a counter motion right now? After receiving the MOD, I should send in my counter motion and the judge will grant or deny the MOD by weighing the evidence provided by both sides? If the judge grants the MOD, the game is over; and if the judge denies the MOD, then I will have a chance for a hearing?

I will represent myself and would like to know where to find the templates you mentioned and by your experience what kind of evidence or argument I should use to strengthen my case.
