我可以是一下EB-1A嗎？

我可以是一下EB-1A嗎？這樣我就可以遞交I-485， EAD 和AP了？麵臨換工作，拿到EAD比較保險。

我的情況是這樣的：
國內的MD，有兩個MASTER
8篇論文，其中6篇English，隻有2篇第一作者(one english, one chinese)。但我的E的第一作者是發在本領域top雜誌上, impact factor more than 7
摘要有10多篇
有一個大型協會的青年科學家獎
Membership是那種都可以進的
沒當過reviewer，也沒有patent
推薦信有兩封大公司的；本校的兩封，其中一人是一大型協會的前主席；境外一封；
還準備在境外找1-2封(同一國家)；美國國內在找1-2封
大家覺得我可以試一下EB-1A 嗎？

我正準備遞交NIW I-140，將來NIW 的I-485會和EB-1A的I-485衝突嗎？Thank you very much!
