are almost no quita for h1 industrial left. Then you have to narrow down to academic H1. My hu*****and's NIW took 9 monthes to get approved through CSC. Here is timeline: Sept. 05: NIW EB2 140/485 filing
march 06 RFE, JUne 06 responce to RFE and 140 approval.
