My hu*****and cannot find his company to sponser him for Eb1B so he went for NIW. He works for industry so he cannot apply for EB1A. You can try do it yourself for EB1A. It is very hard as I heard of. As for NIW, I think CSC denied or RFE lots of NIW recently, if you went to TSC for NIW, the chance is much higher. yes NIW needs a good lawyer to prepare your case.
