回複：我可以是一下EB-1A嗎？

I know my case is not strong. I am doing NIW right now. Because I have to change job early next year, concerning of H-1 transfer, I want to try EB-1A to backup. If I succeed, I can apply for I-485 and EAD. In case of failure or delay of H-1 transfer, I can use EAD to start new job.
One of my collegue, he has several awards from China and one award from US, lots of publications but only 3 papers in US. He has plenty of titles in China. But he is just a Postdoc in the states. He tried EB-1A and got approval in 3 months. He advised me to have a try, just waste $200.Thanks for all of you! Good Luck!
