我這麽看

1. 先說手，男一律左壓右，女一律右壓左。

2. 手腳的搭配，不能腳單手雙，於是腳就分情況了：

散盤、單盤，男左壓右，女右壓左。

雙盤，腳則隨便，因為雙盤時雙腳是套著的，本身即是左壓右，同時也是右壓左。
