請教:吃了靈芝有副作用(圖))

聽說靈芝有保健功能，家裏買了好幾瓶，想吃完它。

吃了一個月了，睡得特別好，皮膚也變更好，但是會頭暈，胃脹氣。

需要停服嗎？
