食療確實可以治療高血壓

我太太以前每天一片降壓藥，吃了大約有三年了。後來我鼓勵她去gym跳操，平時拉她去菜地幹活。每年四月到十月吃自家菜地的有機菜。特別是一種野菜：苦苣菜是她的最愛，我們在菜園子中專門留一塊地長苦苣菜，保證它每天都可上桌。至於大魚大肉，基本上還是照吃。現在她已經擺脫降壓藥兩年多了。
