忙一天很不想鍛煉,現在我早上先鍛煉,也是因為右手臂拉傷不得不做physical therapy。。。
跑步都能跑,但一定要注意跑的姿勢,build 肌肉,否則長期磨損關節,我一聽此說,正和吾意:)
