植物食用油的選擇標準

How to select a quality cooking oil is a tricky question, let me list some criteria as follows
(1) Oils should be cold-pressed, or extracted using a mechanical way.
(2) Because oils are used for cooking, they should be filtered in order to remove  particles. Otherwises, those particles will be burned when cooked, and are harmful to your health.
(3) However, oils should not be over-refined. Such oils strip off a lot of nutritions. You can judge them by clolor and smell. If they are pale yellow ( for peanut oils) and have no fragant smell, the oils are over-refined.

Based on the above discussions, the best cooking oils are filtered cold-pressed.
