but it's actually malignant extrarenal rhadoid tumor. In that case, this staining pattern is compatible with it, but can be many other things as well. The H&E morphology is certainly very important. This tumor typically present in children, although can be in older folks too. So my first question is whether this diagnosis was made by expert in the field.
If this is indeed the correct diagnosis, then sorry, this tumor is very aggressive, and tends to metastasize early. The five year survival, according to some studies, ranges from 15% to 36%. Surgery appears to play an important role in the treatment. Since this is very rare tumor, the optimal chemo regiment is uncertain,and the efficacy of radiation is unknown.
