腹膜後）腎外惡性橫紋肌樣瘤求治療

國內朋友的父親， 60歲， 經醫院確診為（腹膜後）腎外惡性橫紋肌樣瘤，診斷的指標為免疫組化八項和病理切片。免疫組化八項的結果為：CD34(-),Cd68(-)， HMB45(-),PLAP(-),CK(+-),MyoD1(-),Vim_+),SMA(-)。現已手術切除瘤部分， 問後續的治療方案。據查此病在國內迄今隻有10例， 國外此病多一些，真心求助此壇的人氣，歡迎大家的回帖
