活檢時12點那個小腫瘤其實包含兩個 inseparable closely associated hypoechoic masses，說 size不大，但沒有具體值。活檢後作的MRI顯示12點那還有個6*6mm的mass, 但醫生說這個不一定是腫瘤，可能就是作過活檢導致不同而已。

醫生還提了一種可能性，就是乳頭處的 tumor和12點的tumor 其實是一個dumbbell shaped的 tumor, 活檢時看作2個，手術後算作一個，但是活檢顯示兩個tumor的HER2是不同的，乳頭處的tumor HER2是陰性 (score 2+, FISH NEGTIVE)，12點的tumor HER2是陽性 (SCORE 3+)。手術病理顯示HER2是score 2+,還在等FISH結果。

今天見的oncologist說基本要按HER2+來治，TCH*6, with H for 1 yr.

唉，現在隻能勸自己相信12點那個tumor是在活檢時全取走了，clip是在手術時丟了，不然也沒別的辦法。
