我也問過醫生，可能同一個tumor的HER2不同嗎，他說他要問問pathologist.

活檢顯示乳頭處的tumor HER2是negative (score 2+算equivocal, 所以作了FISH， FISH結果negative)，12點的tumor HER2是positive (SCORE 3+算strongly positive)。手術病理顯示隻有乳頭處的tumor, HER2是score 2+,還在等FISH結果, 醫生說如果作了FISH，FISH的結果是final的。如果手術病理FISH還是NEGATIVE，他要考慮order oncotype score, 但是到底是用活檢的tissue作還是用手術的tissue作，他還要再考慮，不行再找second opinion pathology. 唉，真頭疼啊！

我也覺得保險起見，還是要按照HER2+來治療，TCH*6, with H for 1 yr. 但是心裏真希望算HER2 NEGATIVE呀，因為即使有了herceptin, HER2+的預後也差太多了。
