I know the other tumor behind the nipple is grade 2. I don't know the missing tumor's grade. It is mentioned in biopsy pathology report that "E-carderin stain shows diffuse strong positive staining of the tumor for ductal differentiation, appropriate control." Does this mean it is high grade?

DCIS is also found in surgical pathology with grade 1-2.

The postive HER2 is really scared me and I even didn't dare to ask the doctor about my survival rate.
