Chia, flax, and hemp are all nutrient-dense, plant-based superseeds. Hemp is best for protein (10g/3 tbsp) and iron, flax provides the highest ALA omega-3s and heart-healthy lignans, and chia is the top source of fiber (soluble) and calcium. All are fantastic, but you can choose based on nutritional needs: Chia for fiber, Flax for heart health, and Hemp for protein.
