如果是50肩，冷凍會更嚴重吧？

如果熱敷， 炎症怎麽消？

本人50+，平時用啞鈴做重訓。以前右肩痛，打了封閉針不疼，現在右肩又疼了。

怎麽辦？不運動吧，又不行，運動吧又痛。
