聊聊食品中添加劑問題？Yeast extract算是不好的添加劑嗎？有人說是超級味精，是嗎？

"Yeast extract has replaced monosodium glutamate, or MSG, as a taste-booster in most processed foods because it appears to be a natural ingredient on food labels. However, yeast extract contains the same concentrated free glutamic acid as MSG."

 

另外，現在很多人開始注意自己常用的醬油是否有添加劑、味精。因為這是華人用的最多的佐料。小紅書上很多人在說這個。

我現在生抽盡量買：

Lee Kum Kee Organic Premium Soy Sauce

Ingredients:
Water, organic soybeans, salt, organic wheat flour.

 

 

我現在老抽盡量買：

Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce

Ingredients:
Water, salt, caramel color, sugar, soybeans, wheat. Contains soybeans, wheat.

這兩個是不放添加劑、不放味精的。超市裏能找到不放添加劑、不放味精的不多的。
