感謝老道，請幫忙看看在 11/27 做的MRI報告

Findings: There are bilateral subdural hematomas, new since the prior CT. The subdural hematoma on the right is frontoparietal, and the subdural on the left extends along the frontal, parietal, and occipital lobes. The subdural hematoma on the left measures 13 mm in maximum width along the posterior left frontal lobe. The subdural hematoma on the right measures up to 12 mm in the maximum width along the right parietal lobe. Small portions of the hematomas extend along the anterior falx bilaterally. The subdural hematomas are age indeterminant, though likely subacute. Underlying acute component cannot excluded. Recommend CT for further evaluation. There is mass effect with sulcal effacement. There is no midline shift. Basal cisterns are preserved. The cerebellar tonsils are normal in location. No intraparenchymal hemorrhage, cerebral edema, or cerebral mass. No diffusion evidence of acute infarct. Major vessel flow voids are preserved at the skull base. There is mucosal thickening in the paranasal sinuses, most pronounced in the right maxillary sinus. Impression: Extensive bilateral subdural hematomas, likely subacute, as above. Acute components are excluded. Recommend CT for further evaluation.
