請看這個CT報告是10/5, 受傷後一星期做的。感覺患者現在除了兩腿無力，偶爾頭痛，反應記憶也遲鈍了一些

Noncontrast CT scan of the head Indication: Fall, headache and dizziness Comparison: None Technique: Noncontrast CT scan of the head was obtained from the vertex through the foramen magnum. Automated exposure control was utilized. Findings: There are bilateral subdural hygromas measuring approximately 7 mm in thickness on the right and 9 mm in thickness on the left. There is no mass effect or acute intracranial hemorrhage. Brain volume is age appropriate. There are mild inflammatory changes in the paranasal sinuses. The soft tissues of the scalp are unremarkable. Impression: Bilateral subdural hygromas. No evidence of acute intracranial hemorrhage or mass effect.
