對的, 米飯得在鍋底單炒,出點焦香。 蒸米飯呢,我是把米在冰箱泡一晚上,把水倒掉,instant pot幹蒸20分鍾,

幹蒸能確保米飯不軟爛。我是用象印的電飯鍋,照著推薦的比例蒸出的米飯也不錯。
