Ingredients
Dark chocolate with 49% cocoa 450g
Heavy whipping cream 270g
Unsalted butter 90g
Cut dark chocolate into small pieces
Heat whipping cream and butter until boiling
Add cream butter mixture to chocolate and mix until smooth
Put mixture into 25X14cm mold
Refrigerate 4 hr
Cut to 2X2 squares and sift an even layer of cocoa powder
