按以下步驟試試看吧

運行task manager, 看看進程數是否過多？例如超過50個或以上
留意哪個進程占用CPU資源嚴重，例如你說的占用100%

解決方法：
1. 把不需要的進程都關掉，進程總數最好低於40
2. 找到占用CPU資源最高的進程，看看是什麽程序在運行，試試能不能關掉？或者幹脆強項關掉試試
3. start -> run -> msconfig，取消不必要的啟動項目
4. 去購買或者下載symantec norton antivirus2005，掃描一下係統，看看是否感染病毒

最後，如果實在不行，建議最好找個比較內行的朋友幫忙看看
