洋書看得多，不等於對平等和民主有正確的認識。平等是人格上的大局，決定了聽不聽管理決定的具體做法。

當年讀《簡.愛》記得最清楚的一句話是“……just as if both had passed through the grave, and we stood at God's feet, equal, — as we are!” 這段話說的有點捉馬，但拋開感情因素，很好地說明了人與人之間的平等關係。

當我們真正明白了“人人生而平等”，職場上溝通起來就容易多了，對管理的決定執行起來也容易得多。
