1。 “管理是否合理” 要如何探知呢？

2。你建議的“這個職位最大的挑戰是什麽？ “What's the biggest challenge  for this position？What does a typical day look like for you?”  我一般在麵試開始不久就會這樣問類似的  

what factors/duty do you feel are the most important for success in this position?

然後麵試中，多往上麵靠。
