我想問的是和老板打交道

老板說，如果需要等人家的話，而自己有時間的話，可以自己從backlog裏找新的活幹，這叫做所謂的工作主動性。天啊，都壓在我頭上，還要architect幹什麽。問題是老板不去找architect，也不去找其他誤工的人，就來折騰我，我人也比較老實，語言表達也比不上鬼子，就是說好欺負。

心生跳槽之意！
