我贏了EEOC (平等就業機會委員會) 調解! "被極品中國女老板解雇" - result update.

 
 

極品的女老板, “工作狂”加“控製狂”，工作狂是因為害怕工作中出漏子，事事親為，自然累到半死，然後她看到下屬沒她忙就心態不平衡了，時時盯著下屬（尤其是女下屬），生怕人沒有把工作完成，更加極品的女老板是那種就算你完成了工作她也不喜歡，生怕你有一分鍾的空閑，非要給你找一堆事把分分鍾填滿的那種.

糟糕的是這個人，心思特別多，不正；把工作場合弄得烏煙瘴氣.  身為大公司的 Director, 不為下屬著想:，我們的工作量由她分配，做多好多壞由她說了算。不為自己組的人員爭取利益.


This is what happened in the past:
 

近4年全職工作後，我突然得到一個"Separation letter", 老板, 老板的老板, HR - 沒有人簽。

(2) 我的2013年中 performance review 未完成。

(3) 在2013年，她經常問我的年齡和懷孕的計劃。2013年11月幾次，辦公室的會議室她對我喊，粗魯. She said 我是一個“麻煩製造者”，我必須'盡快'滾.

(4) 當我2010年4月加入公司，我支持Siebel和Oracle，工作量是巨大的.  然而2010年之後老板指派我更多的任務: 

  Finally I support 4+ Siebel  databases, 18+ Siebel app servers, 7+ in house databases, 60+ PeopleSoft HR/Finance environments (app, gateway, portal, load-balancer, and DBs).  She keep blaming me for each individual error from every servers, for whatever reason make sense or not, and request Application upgrade without send me to any training.
 
(5)  Boss 口頭欺負我，檢查了我的年齡，檢查了我懷孕的計劃，但她始終在辦公室的會議室或私下通過電話做。現在，我意識到她是聰明的，她知道她做錯, 所以私下做!
 

During EEOC mediation, 公司 employee relationship investigator, 公司法律谘詢，EEOC 調解員，我的律師- listen to all sides of stories and went through all the happenings.  Company raise the compensation to the charge and in my favor.  It is my first time ever go for EEOC.

自從我上次的職場遭遇，受到好多悄悄話。感謝他們對我的關心。調解也算結束了，這可是我頭一次與EEOC打交道：去 EEOC downtown 辦公室，在他們的 morning walking-hour 裏，我看到的都是老墨，老黑，老白，就是沒有老中!  文學城的許多帖子雜，亂，調侃。。。，是個大雜會！今天寫幾句，算是對回帖的網友的回複，謝謝大家的愛心!
