俺是hiring manager, 最近剛給了個offer出去， 碰到的就是這種情況。

Candidate非常strong, 要的offer比俺開的上線多了10K。  俺最後到大老板那裏去要budget approval, 大老板給了， 第2天HR也很爽快的同意了。  Candidate 非常高興， 直接就簽了offer.
