Things went worse as the improvement plan was basically symbolic. He was very sad frustrated and angry and ready to stepped out if the door. One of his MBA classmates who is a white guy told him to fight for his rights. He lawyered up and win the fight. He is a manager in the the same company and he has been there for ten years. But two things to be noticed: 1. Ikea is European company; 2. His dad is a doctor and has good financial backup to the legal fee.
