Of course you can talk about them, but not present them as issues. I would suggest you talk about them as if you are being interviewed.
Bear in mind that your boss is new to the environment. What he wants to achieve from these 1-on-1 meetings are mainly: 1) to get to know you a bit; 2) to get some assurance that you will be co-operative.
You can say, for example, (1) you are very glad to see your new boss and looking forward to support him in every possible way; (2) you have such such experience, skills etc, and particularly strong in design and trouble shooting. Your team mates consulted you very often in the past.
