reason" -- 過程太耗費精力，自己 MAY 耗不起，最後???，不如集中精力找工作

 

rather: get a better SEVERANCE -- 

i.e. 4wks > 4 months; or, 50% > 100% case; better condition...

come here talk to our guys/friends, refresh, rebuild and re-structure yourself for better tomorrow.
