回複：說實話，我並不想跟公司腦官司。我的目的是要個好的PACKAGE,為這個需不需要找律師？

1. day 1: talk to HR;

2. day 2: negociate with HR;

3. if needed, day 3: tell HR that you will have a labor specialist to call them; and,

4. negociate with HR again to finailize your PACKAGE
