Some suggestions

Most hiring managers hire peopel because the your chemistry matches the team. Therefore, showing your passion, interest and motivattion for new challenges in the new position are more important than showing your interest in money, even if you are going for real money. You have to be politically correct in this respect.

I would say I am interested in this postion because I believe that your company will provide me a better oppotunity, in which I would be able to make an immediate contribution. For example, ***. This gives me a great deal of personal sastifaction.

(Evident and Summary): As you might find from my resume, I am good at ***. I think I am up for these challenges and will be a good fit for your team.
