Or answer like this:

"I am an expert in the area of **. As my company is shifting its focus this area is no longer the its first priority. I feel that the position I am applying for will provide me with a better oppotunity to grow my career further and faster".

A good friend is suggesting to mention that I have been working for the same company for a long time, and want a change. But I am not sure if this is a good idea.
