Support your wife, tell her things will get better,

let her quit the job before things go really ugly. Tell her it's better off you stay while she takes a break and looks for new jobs in some cities she wants to move to then you follow her once she is settled. Try to lend her an ear, but maybe with earplugs in so none of you get hurt:)
