老婆工作有麻煩，我該怎麽辦？

我們兩個在一個公司工作，四個小孩，老大今年要上一IVY League大學(no financial aid)。我們兩年前移到公司的一個新的部門。上周末年終績效出來，她被Probation.我覺得她主要是得罪了她的老板。我雖然支持她據理力爭，但我覺得她老是要求長級也有一定責任。我老是告訴她已經挺好了，跟老板搞好關係很重要。

她現在想讓我到另外一個地方，她跟我去without a job。我覺得挺累，你們說我該怎麽辦？
