關於Contractor結束後轉Full Time的問題，懇請大俠們提供點建議

本人由於長期做contractor, 所以有一個自己的cooperation（A）跟Agent（B）公司簽合同。目前的剛結束的contract是同C公司的。合同結束之前C公司本想再續我的但是一個多月前B公司用我的名義在D公司又Bid了一個項目，此項目馬上上馬所以B需要我去D公司工作因此不再續我同C的合同。但是C現在給了我一個Full Time的offer我也很想接受。但是我跟B公司的agreement裏有一條Non-compete clause：Supplier(A公司) shall require all Supplier Personnel and subcontractors of Supplier providing Services to Client pursuant to this SOW to agree that they shall not be eligible to perform the function of this SOW or any project substantially similar in complexity, scope, size, and geographic location to work described in the SOW directly with any incumbent Customer(s) supported by this SOW for a period of one year following termination, without the consent of the Buyer. This provision shall survive the termination of the WA, SSOW and the Base Agreement.

我把我跟B的這些Agreements都給了C公司的Legal Department. 今天C公司的HR跟我說C公司hire 我做Full Time 是完全合乎法律程序的。至於我跟B公司如何解決他們不能給我任何法律建議。

我真的很想接受這個Full Time offer。明天就要決定是否接了，B公司大概也收到點風聲今天狂跟我聯係。懇請各位高人給在下指點一番我如果接了這個會有很大麻煩嗎？
