非常感謝諸位提供的見解。今天中午花了300大洋跟律師談了一個小時，給了四點建議

options are:
(1) Reject the position (no potential exposure);
(2) Seek consent of B company (if granted, no exposure);
(3) Seek full protection from the C including full defence and indemnity should B decide to come after you personally and/or after the C or
(4) Accept the position and hope that B does not find out or does not mind (highest potential exposure).

第二條是不可能了，B大概知道了些昨天打電話及email我讓我不要接受這個offer, 如果我真想做full time 也有機會讓我轉成B公司的full time.（B公司也是著名的IT公司）。這裏隻是有機會讓我轉成B的Full time, 即便是真讓我轉我也寧願去C.

第三條也不可能了，剛才跟C的HR提及了這一條，她的回答是C不會Involve到我跟B。

看樣子我隻有第四條路可走了。若是數月後我被起訴了我再上來給告訴諸位。希望不要有這麽一天...
