這種壓力常見。從ＰＭ的角度說兩點。。。

（１）各司其責（R&R): 你幹的是班長的活，就不要操軍長的心。你的責任沒那麽大。

（２）時間管理（time management):

Network change and software testing after the change are sequential events (finish-to-start relationship).

Time to finish testing = X (network change completion milestone) + Y (time needed to test in new env.)

Bottom line:

It is a problem. However, you are not the cause. You are the symptom. Do help resolve the problem. Don't lose sleep over it. You are not responsible for other people's delays and poor planning.
