請教各位達人支招

剛拿到一份有關 Controlling and logistics process optimization 的職位。先是給了半年，如果老板對我本人及工作滿意了，才會得到正常職位。主要任務是合理壓縮運輸成本，改進和優化公司物流環節，節源開流。|同時參與成本控製和公司內部環節的運行。是一家貿易公司，大概百人左右， 我需要和老板緊密合作。我基本上還沒有實戰經驗，要摸索前行，而且直接受老板領導。請前輩不吝賜教，特別是經驗支持，我怎樣才能努力做到最好。心裏很擔心。謝謝各位前輩。
