關於公司裏的衝突

無外乎有兩種：

1.下級不服上級

2.同級相互不服氣。

第一種，是職場的大忌諱，也是常會遇到的事情，因為長江後浪推前浪。

無論如何，尺有所短，寸有所長，服從壓倒一切。

第二種，隻有用華山論劍的方式去解決。

通過衝突，你可以更好地了解老板，同事的為人處事，人性， 提高自己與人相處的能力。
