Sometimes, manager has different priority list with your priority list. If this is not her top priority, she will keep pushing it to tomorrow, tomorrow, and it should be OK as long as you communicate to her on a regular basis. You can send her an email to remind her and this will also protect your in the future in case she blames you for any delay. I don’t think this is a big issue so don’t worry it too much.
